Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes yearly.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their market.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes yearly.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales classes offered for General Managers twice a year, totaling 4 ½ training days, focusing on sales culture and daily sales leadership.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Furnace and air conditioning tune-up procedural training semiannually
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection annually
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ biannually
  • Continual NATE certification and specialty classes on demand

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in further instruction through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better offer a complete education to our technical workforce.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Semiannually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, tools, and framework for operating a business from the P&L standpoint.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, conduct outbound calling with a one (1) day program. In this course we go over heating and cooling industry basics, what drives people to purchase, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchasing signs, and mastering customer complaints.

Dispatcher

  • No formal training offered. Ongoing training conducted by the General Manager and applicable staff at center level.
